1. www.BestResortRentalAndSale.com will not provide any refund, for any reason, if www.BestResortRentalAndSale.com  receives the request for refund more than 3 business days after the client has completed the telephonic verification evidenced by the time/date stamp of the aforementioned telephonic verification. If the client contacts us after 3 business days, we will correct any mistakes in the Listing and make any other reasonable changes to the Listing that are requested by the client, but we cannot offer a refund.

2. All cancellation requests must be submitted by USPS (US Postal) and postmarked by the allotted date.

Chargeback Policy:
Chargebacks on Credit Cards for Listing services provided will be defended if, in the opinion of  www.BestResortRentalAndSale.com the chargeback is not justified.

You, the Listing client, acknowledge and specifically agree that chargebacks are unlawful if www.BestResortRentalAndSale.com has provided Listing services for your property or properties. www.BestResortRentalAndSale.com will use this document to dispute your chargeback with your bank and our processing company.

If a customer has a billing dispute with www.BestResortRentalAndSale.com, the customer should settle such dispute with www.BestResortRentalAndSale.com directly without initiating any chargeback procedures.

In the event of a Chargeback being raised, www.BestResortRentalAndSale.com may, at our sole discretion, provide all relevant information to a 3rd party for the purposes of recovering the debt, or for the pursuit of civil proceedings.
